Service Areas: The Six Tampa Bay Counties We Fly

Blue Nose Aerial Imaging of Tampa Bay flies commercial roof inspections and construction documentation across six counties, from the Gulf beaches of Pinellas to the ranch land around Arcadia. Each county page covers the cities we serve there and the buildings and conditions we see most often.

What every county has in common

Much of the region sits inside or near controlled airspace around Tampa International, St. Pete-Clearwater International, and Sarasota Bradenton International. We check the airspace for every address before a flight and request FAA authorization when the site needs it.

Weather sets the schedule in all six counties. Summer afternoon storms build quickly across the region, and we plan every flight around the forecast. Thermal roof flights run in the evening after a sunny day, when wet insulation still holds the day’s heat.

The deliverable follows the same standard wherever the site is. You receive dated imagery, and roof work comes with a report that locates every finding on the roof. We provide the imagery and the report, and your roofer or engineer confirms conditions on site and makes the repair decisions.

If your site sits outside these six counties, we can talk through the address on a call and tell you whether the job fits our schedule. LiDAR partnership work runs statewide across Florida.
