Warehouse roofs along I-4 and I-75

The I-4 and I-75 corridors toward Plant City and Brandon hold some of the largest low-slope roofs in the region. A distribution building can cover several acres, and a crew walking a roof that size spends most of a day on it. A drone flight covers the same roof in one visit and puts every drain and seam on one image.

Port Tampa Bay adds logistics yards and cold storage buildings to the same list. Those roofs carry heavy rooftop equipment, and the curbs and flashing around it need regular checks.

Offices in Westshore and downtown Tampa

Office buildings in Westshore and downtown Tampa sit close together, with rooftop units and parapet flashing packed onto each roof. Many of these sites sit close to Tampa International, so we request FAA authorization for those flights before the job is scheduled.

Construction and the bay shore in south Hillsborough

South Hillsborough is still growing, and new subdivisions and commercial pads keep going up around Riverview, Apollo Beach, and Ruskin. We fly those sites on a repeat schedule so each visit shows the same views, and the builder and the lender get a dated record of progress.

Apollo Beach, Ruskin, and south Tampa also face the bay. Helene’s surge and Milton’s winds both reached the county in the fall of 2024, and dated roof imagery from before a storm makes the damage easier to document after it.

What we fly in Hillsborough County

We fly every service we offer across Hillsborough County. Most of our work in Hillsborough County is thermal and visible-light commercial roof inspections on warehouses and offices, and construction progress documentation on the growing south side of the county. We also fly facade inspections on mid-rise buildings and storm damage documentation after major weather.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fly near Tampa International Airport?

Many Hillsborough sites sit inside the controlled airspace around Tampa International. We check each address before the flight and request FAA authorization when the site needs it, so a job near the airport needs some lead time.

Do you document construction sites in Riverview and Brandon?

We fly construction sites across the county on a repeat schedule. Each visit captures the same views, so the record shows progress from one date to the next.

Do you document roofs in Apollo Beach and Ruskin after storms?

We fly storm damage documentation across the county, including the bayfront communities. A dated flight from before the storm makes the comparison clearer for the owner and the insurer.
